Features
Heedly is a subscription service that watches the parts of a website that usually fail without anyone noticing.
Modules
Uptime
HTTP(S) check of status code, response time and an optional keyword. A failed check is repeated 20–30 seconds later before anyone is notified.
SSL
Certificate expiry with reminders at 14, 7, 3 and 1 day and at 18, 12, 6 and 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each reminder is sent once.
Domain
Registration expiry read from RDAP/WHOIS, with the same reminder schedule.
XML feeds
Prom, Rozetka and Epicentr feeds: availability, valid XML, item count, sharp price changes after an import, missing photos and zero prices.
Crawler
Sitemap plus internal links: status code, title, price presence, noindex, canonical and broken product-page rendering. No JavaScript execution.
Servers
TCP and HTTP checks of addresses you own, at most once a minute (every 30 seconds only on Scale).
Incidents and emails
One email per incident, reminders every 6 hours (up to 4), and a separate recovery email with a precise description.
Status pages
A public page with your incident history, opened and closed automatically.
Maintenance windows
One-off and recurring windows up to 31 days ahead. Checks continue, but no incidents, no emails and no downtime counted.
Automations
Simple “when → then” rules: scheduled crawls, crawl after recovery, pause for a deploy, escalation, quiet hours.
API and webhooks
REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks for site.down, site.up, ssl.expiring and more.
Reports
A weekly digest and a monthly report; PDF and white-label on Business and Scale; on Pro a two-week report on request.
Boundaries we keep
- Crawler, feeds and server checks start only after you prove you control the site (DNS record, meta tag or file). One trial check of the home page is allowed before that.
- No check runs more often than once a minute.
- No load testing, no vulnerability scanning and no guessing of admin addresses.
- The crawler follows robots.txt and Crawl-delay, uses at most two connections per host and one request per second.
